The LPGA Tour will return to the Desert at Whirlwind Golf Club, bringing professional golf back to the South Valley

Volunteer opportunities are also available for area sports fans

PHOENIX, Ariz. (Feb. 12, 2025) – Tickets are now on sale for the LPGA Tour’s 2025 Ford Championship presented by Wild Horse Pass. On March 27-30, Phoenix-area golf fans will have an incredible opportunity to witness the world’s best golfers as they take to Whirlwind Golf Club, all while experiencing family-friendly activities for fans of all ages outside the ropes.

Tickets for the 2025 Ford Championship presented by Wild Horse Pass are available for purchase at SeatGeek.com. General admission daily tickets start at $49, with weekly passes starting at $129. Hospitality tickets for the Trophy Bar at 16 are $224 for daily admission and $799 for weekly access. The Trophy Bar at 16 provides premium access to an open-air structure on the 16th green and includes shared food and beverage services, including bar options and complimentary on-site parking.

A special Inside-the-Ropes experience is available for $2,000. This unique opportunity allows two guests to walk inside the ropes with a featured group during a competition round. The experience also includes access to the Trophy Bar at 16 and complimentary on-site parking.

In the foothills of the Sierra Estrella Mountains, flanking desert canyons carved by ancient rivers, Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass pairs the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert with world-class golf and amenities. The venue pays tribute to the traditions of both the sport of golf and the culture of the Pima and Maricopa people who steward the land. Designed by Gary Panks, Whirlwind Golf Club hosted the 2001-05 Gila River Golf Classic, a stop on the Korn Ferry Tour.

This will be the second edition of the Ford Championship presented by Wild Horse Pass, which joined the LPGA Tour calendar in 2024. The 2024 playing saw American star Nelly Korda earn the third title of her season. With the victory, the 25-year-old Florida native became the first player since 2016 to win in three consecutive starts on the LPGA Tour and the first American to do so since Nancy Lopez won five straight events in 1978. Korda went on to capture four more titles, including a major win at The Chevron Championship, en route to winning Rolex Player of the Year honors.
